Class W/Ben

Mondays 7 PM                 

   -Right to Bare Arms-

The focus is on upper body, you still get a full body work out!


Tuesdays 9 AM                      

 -Morning Melee-

Wake up with us with cardio & strength training. Work at your best personal pace in a supportive group setting.


Wednesday 7PM           

           -Get a SIX PACK with a friend-

CORE!CORE!CORE!


Thursdays 9 AM                   

 -Morning Melee-

Wake up with us, with cardio & strength training. Work at your best personal pace in a supportive group setting.


Friday 7PM

-Power Hour-

Workout in a very supportive environment, medium to high intensity.


Saturdays  12:00                    

-Super Freq-

Medium to high intensity, this is NOT a beginners class. Don't worry we'll be nice if it's your first time in class!


At Freq Fit our classes are open to ALL fitness levels!

We will modify any exercise for any condition. 

We are not here to just  make you "sweat your guts out" we are here to get you the results you WANT! 

You will notice the effects of taking these classes!


*Each class is $10-you don't have to work out at Freq Fit to take our classes!*

**Kids must participate with parent or guardian-child care is not provided-children $10**

"Be ready for a military style work out. There is a lot of high intensity cardio and calacalisthenics.This class is designed to kick your ass"

"This class is focused on butt, abdominals and thighs. It is a total body work out and it is high intensity!"
